IAPS International conference: Environment, Health and Sustainable Development

Alexandria— The Bibliotheca Alexandrina Advisory Committees for: Environment and Development, Science, and Technology is organizing the 19th IAPS International conference: Environment, Health and Sustainable Development, from 11-16 September 2006. The opening ceremony will be attended by HE Dr. Mahmoud Abu Zeid, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation and HE Eng. Maged George, Minister of State for Environmental Affairs. HE Mr. Amin Abaza Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, will be present at the closing ceremony.
This conference aims at research in the realm of People, Environment, Health and Sustainable Development; where more than 250 academics, practitioners, policy-makers and scientists exchange their views, visions and know-how, from 36 countries. It will be preceded by Young Researchers" Workshop.
The opening ceremony takes place 12 September 2006, 6:00 pm.
