The 19th Round of “First Time #30” Exhibition

Since its inception, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina has been keen to encourage creativity and support the artistic movement through several events. In this context, the annual exhibition First Time #30 is being held in its 19th round, with the participation of 15 young artists under the age of 30, from the governorates of Alexandria, Beheira, Cairo, Mansoura, Assiut, and Luxor.
The exhibition gives each artist a space to showcase a full range of their experience, with visions, ideas, and expressions that reflect the identity and spirit of this generation. This annual event underscores the Bibliotheca Alexandrina's vital role in supporting the visual arts and incubating young talent from across Egypt.
First Time #30 is not merely an exhibition, but an open space to discover new talents, get closer to honest and diverse artistic experiences that promote dialogue between the artist and the audience, and enrich the contemporary art scene.
The exhibition will open on Wednesday, 6 August 2025, at 1:00 pm, in the BACC East Exhibition Hall, and will run until Wednesday, 27 August 2025, daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Fridays are off.
