The BA Concludes the 14th Edition of the American Robofest Competition in Egypt

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina concluded the 14th edition of the American Robofest competition in Egypt, organized by the Planetarium Science Center, in collaboration with the Robot Technology and Gifted Care Association, and in partnership with TECHNOFuture.
The competition saw the participation of more than 170 student teams from 12 different governorates, along with 65 jurors from doctors, engineers, and university professors, in addition to more than 200 volunteers who contributed to the success of this major scientific event.
This year's edition witnessed for the first time the participation of students from the age group of 6 – 17, which contributed to expanding the base of talented individuals and the preparation of a new generation capable of competing globally in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence. Outstanding students were also granted the opportunity to receive scholarships from Lawrence Technological University, thus furthering their academic careers at a global level.
The event concluded with the announcement of the winning teams that will represent Egypt in the major international edition of Robofest in the United States.
