The Tenth Annual Coptic Heritage Day

The BA Center for Coptic Studies is organizing the "Tenth Coptic Heritage Day", which is held this year under the title "The Council of Nicaea 325 AD and its Impact on Coptic Heritage: 17 Centuries of Unity of Thought", in cooperation with the Children’s Civilization and Creativity Center in Cairo, which hosts the celebration. The event will be held on Thursday, 27 February 2025, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
The celebration will include a number of lectures delivered by a host of distinguished Coptology researchers, in addition to an exhibition on “Coptic Icons” and the screening of a short film on persons with disabilities. It will end with a choir performance at the Virgin Mary Church in Maadi.
The event is free and open for public.
