The BA Signs a Cooperation Agreement with the Information Technology Institute

Prof. Ahmed Zayed, Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and Dr. Heba Saleh, President of the Information Technology Institute (ITI), signed a cooperation agreement between both entities, in the presence of Eng. Mohamed Hanafi Abdel Qader Mahmoud, the ITI Assistant President for Quality; Eng. Iman Bendary, Manager of the ITI Branch in Alexandria; and Ms. Noha Sayed Mahmoud Ahmed Azzam, the ITI International Relations Officer. The ceremony was also attended by senior BA officials.
Dr. Zayed said that this strategic cooperation reflects the Library's vision of promoting digital transformation, innovation, and the development of technological skills, which have become instrumental in providing distinguished services to the knowledge community.
Dr. Heba Saleh stated that the cooperation with the Bibliotheca Alexandrina aims to develop programs linking the field of libraries to technology, and help young people and library users develop their technological skills.
