Alexandria Center for Hellenistic Studies to Pursue Further Success

The Board of Directors of the BA Alexandria Center for Hellenistic Studies held a meeting in Athens, Greece, chaired by Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria.
 

A new Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Serageldin and Marianna V. Vardinoyannis, President of the Vardinoyannis Foundation, to continue with the Alexandria Center for Hellenistic Studies at the BA for a further five years.
 

Established in November 2008, the Center is hosted at the BA, in collaboration with between the Vardinoyannis Foundation and the University of Alexandria. It is open to scholars from around the world who are keen to obtain diplomas, Masters and Doctorates in Hellenistic studies.
