Cultural and intellectual outreach with governmental organizations and institutions

The value of books is reflected through its impact in enriching societies. Therefore, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina intends to donate some of its books or exchange them with governmental organizations and institutions according to its policy.
The BA has duplicate copies of some donated books, which led to an overstock in its inventories, and as a result the BA decided to donate some of these book or exchange them as of next December according to the recommendations of the donation and exchange committee.
Any governmental organization interested to receive these books should contact the BA Donation and Exchange unit for coordination.
